Why Your Amazon Alexa is Blinking Red and How to Fix It

A solid red ring on your Echo device usually means the microphone is muted or there is a connection issue.

Solutions:

1. Check the Mute Button: Press the microphone button on top of the device.
2. Power Cycle: Unplug your Alexa for 30 seconds and plug it back in.
3. Reset Wi-Fi: Open the Alexa App -> Devices -> Echo & Alexa -> Change Wi-Fi Network.
